White Note Video helps you connect notes to videos, organize ideas with tags, and keep important references easy to find. The Application does not collect, log, sell, share, or store personal information through normal use.

Who this policy covers

This Privacy Policy applies to the White Note Video mobile application and related services operated by Daniel Przemyslaw Breur (the “Service Provider”).

Collection

What we collect

White Note Video does not collect personal information from normal app use. Registration is not required, and the Service Provider does not create a cloud account or user profile for you.

Notes, tags, favorites, recently opened items, video links, and similar app content are not collected by the Service Provider.

Tracking

The Application does not collect precise or approximate device location and does not track your activity across other applications or websites.

Sharing

Third-party access

Because the Application does not collect personal information, it does not sell or share personal information with advertisers, analytics providers, data brokers, or other third parties.

Retention

The Service Provider does not maintain a server-side database of your personal information, notes, tags, favorites, recently opened items, video links, or other in-app content.

Retention period for personal data collected by White Note Video: none. Since the Application does not collect or store personal data on the Service Provider’s servers, there is no server-side personal-data retention period for normal app use.

Deletion

There is no server-side personal data to delete because White Note Video does not collect or retain personal information through normal use.

Local content stays under your control.
If app information is stored locally on your device, you can remove it using your device’s app-storage controls or by uninstalling White Note Video.

If you voluntarily contact the Service Provider by email, you may request deletion of information contained in that correspondence by writing to magdalena98wisniewska@gmail.com.

Network

Network communication

If the Application accesses an online resource, standard internet communication may temporarily involve technical routing information such as an IP address. The Service Provider does not retain that information for tracking, profiling, or advertising.

Children

Children’s privacy

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher minimum age where applicable law requires one. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Application.

Security approach

A design that avoids centralized collection of personal information reduces exposure risk. However, no device, network, or technical system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

This Privacy Policy may be updated if the Application, its functionality, or applicable requirements change. The current version will be published with a revised effective date.
